How the limit works

You pick a plan to fit your client base.

The price depends on the plan you choose — you pay its fixed rate, not per single client. And you change the plan whenever your base grows or shrinks.

Active ones count

Only active cooperations count towards the limit — not your whole contact history. Finished trainees take up no space.

You never lose clients

When you hit the limit you simply won't accept another request until you free up a spot or move up. Your current clients stay with you.

Change your plan whenever you want

Base growing? You move Start → Pro → Unlimited at any time. Slowing down? You move back down — without losing data or clients.

How much does Gymme cost?
Three plans based on the number of active trainees: Start (up to 15) — 79 zł, Pro (up to 50) — 139 zł, Unlimited (no limit) — 229 zł net per month, billed monthly. And right now, during the beta, you test Gymme for free — and as a Founding Member you use it free until the end of 2026.
What is a Founding Member?
A Founding Member is a trainer who joins the beta by 30 September 2026 at the latest, works with Gymme for at least a full month and gives us at least two pieces of feedback about the platform. In return we extend your free access until 31 December 2026 and keep a Founding Member badge on your profile forever — it's our way of thanking the trainers who help us make Gymme better.
Do I have to pay for anything right now?
No. During the beta you use Gymme for free. As a Founding Member that's extended until the end of 2026. New trainers who join after the beta get 30 days free, and payment starts only after that period.
Do I have to add a card to start?
No. Sign-up and the whole free period need no card. You add payment details only when you consciously decide to stay.
What counts towards the trainee limit?
Only active cooperations. Trainees you have finished working with take up no space. That way the limit reflects how many clients you actually run at a given moment, and it's easier to pick the right plan.
What happens if I exceed the limit?
Nothing bad — you lose no one. You simply won't accept another cooperation request until you free up a spot (by finishing a cooperation) or move to a higher plan. All your current trainees stay.
Can I change plan mid-way?
Yes, at any time. You move Start → Pro → Unlimited as your base grows, or back down when it slows. Changing plan never deletes your data or your clients.
Is there a cheaper annual payment?
For now we offer monthly billing only — with no full-year commitment. A cheaper annual plan will come later.
Why are prices shown net?
Because as a sole-trader (JDG) trainer you deduct VAT — net is your real cost. For completeness we also show the gross amount (e.g. 139 zł net ≈ 171 zł gross).
Do my clients pay for Gymme?
No. For trainees Gymme is always free — only the trainer pays the subscription. That way you can invite every client without hesitation.
How do payments for training work?
The client orders your package in Gymme and pays you directly — by transfer, BLIK or cash. Gymme records the transaction and keeps track of how many sessions are left. You settle just as you do today — with no platform commission.
What if I decide not to pay after the beta?
Your profile stops being publicly visible, but you lose no data — your account, plans and history stay, and existing cooperations run to their end. You come back at any time by adding payment.
